This phase includes site visits, conceptual plans and a rough order of estimate costs. This stage was provided by the Playground Centre for free. Once the project was confirmed we paid a 5% engagement fee for "detailed work" to start. Very similar to a drafts person or architect. The engagement fee goes towards paying for the time taken to create an develop detailed drawings. And gives us a rough order of cost estimates. The initial design and concept drawings can then go out for review.

Implement feedback and revision of initial Bronze concept. Additional feedback and amendments for final design.

Detailed drawing of final approved Gold Design. Confirmation of Costings for the final design. Technical specifications engineer approvals. Progress payment of 40% of the total cost. Place equiptment orders. Then 35% when ready for dispatch. Delivery to site, install, compliance inspection, site cleanup and final payment of 20% after installation.
